      Demarle Difference® Stainless Steel Cookware

Before using the first time, wash your cookware thoroughly in hot, soapy water to which you have added 1/4 cup of vinegar. This will remove any manufacturing oils or polishing compounds. Rinse with clear, hot water and dry immediately.
For lasting beauty, it is recommended that you use Demarle® kitchen tools with your cookware.
Clean cookware after each use. Always allow unit to cool completely. Food films left on the cooking surface will cause the utensil to discolor when reheated.
      • Handwash: Use hot soapy water with a sponge, dishcloth, nylon net or plastic pad. Rinse thoroughly with clear hot water and dry immediately to maintain the high luster of the cookware.
      • Dishwasher: Cookware should not touch other objects/dishes in the dishwasher to prevent scratching of the high luster finish. Use a chlorine-free detergent with a rinse agent to help prevent spotting.
      • Avoid using a scouring pad or harsh scouring powder, or a cleanser that contains chlorine bleach when cleaning your cookware. These items can ruin the stainless steel luster. Recommended cleansers include Barkeepers Friend®, Bon Ami®, and Cameo® Aluminum and Stainless Steel Cleaner.
Do not clean your cookware in a self-cleaning oven.
Avoid cutting or chopping foods with knives or other sharp-edged tools which could scratch the stainless steel surface.
Avoid storing foods in the cookware for long periods of time as this may result in white spots appearing in your cookware. This is referred to as pitting. Pitting will not affect cooking performance.
Avoid high heat or prolonged preheating as this may result in heat stains appearing on your cookware.
