Demarle at Home offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If a customer is dissatisfied with any Demarle at Home product, the customer may return the item to the Independent Representative from whom it was purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
Limited warranties are good for one year, two years, or the lifetime of the item, depending upon the product. Warranty is based on the product line. Here is a chart explaining our warranty time lines:

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Demarle at Home will replace products that have a manufacturing defect or which do not operate properly when used according to the written directions. This includes Flexipan®, Demarle Différence® Knives and Demarle Différence® Cookware. The defective product will be replaced with the same or equivalent value product. See the Product Care tab or ABC’s of Care for use and care instructions.
Limited One-Year or Two-Year Warranty
Demarle at Home will replace products that have a manufacturing defect or which do not operate properly when used according to the written directions. The Silpat®, Roul’Pat®, and most accessories carry a Limited One-Year or Two-Year Warranty. If the item is found to be defective, the item will be replaced. See the Product Care tab or the ABC’s of Care for use and care instructions.
All other products not covered by one of our warranties may carry an individual warranty specified by Demarle at Home.
